Facilities post shifts that they need filled by anesthesia staff.  This is all managed by an assigned facility manager.  The manager is able create any shift hours. This is the perfect setup for anesthesia professionals that work at multiple facilities.

You may also use Shifts to assign a shift to a specific user.  Assign time off and other features.

The calendar is not open for public viewing.  Facility managers are able to assign registered users on this site if they are credentialed to work there. 

No.  Registered users load one calendar and are able to quickly see all open shifts for facilities that are they are working with.

Once a shift is picked up, you need to contact the facility manager to un-assign you from the shift.  This was designed so users will not back out last minute. 

Yes, the facility manager handles all the shifts for each of these jobs.  The user will only see shifts that they are qualified to pick-up.
